Park Use Request Form

The Heather Lake Estates (HLE) Park is available for HLE homeowners only to use as an outside event location. There is no rental cost and use of the park is all self-service. This request form is for planned events of 10 or more people.

How to Request: You must submit the request form one week in advance for approval from the HOA Board of Directors. If approved, the event will be listed on the HLE park calendar.  This is not an exclusive reservation - no reserved sign will be placed anywhere in the park.

Hours Available: 9am to Dusk

Rules: 

  • Reservation requests are only accepted from a registered homeowner of the association
  • Do not use glass bottles
  • There is no electrical use at the park
  • Do not restrict the entrance gate from closing - use your pass for each vehicle. 
  • Do not park on the grass
  • Place all trash in the GFL trash cans and recycling can or carry out your own trash
  • All materials must be thoroughly removed after use (i.e. tape and streamers).
  • Generators or tents cannot be used
  • This is an open access park for the community - there is no exclusive use of the park common areas (ex. beach or docks)
  • No lifeguard is on duty, swim at your own risk
  • Only place wood logs in the fire-pit (no pallets) - firewood is not provided
  • No fireworks are permitted
  • Dogs must be on a leash
  • Please make sure all areas are clean prior to leaving the park
  • Overnight use is only permissible with prior board approval
  • All other HOA rules apply

Additional information: The park is mowed once a week. Be prepared to wipe down the picnic tables. Bring your own supplies including garbage bags. The grills are charcoal only.
